The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Justice Law Firm with respect to the Site and your use of the Site, and supersedes all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications or displays whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Justice Law Firm regarding the Site and your activities.

Geographical & Export Restrictions

You agree that all Content posted or accessible via the Site is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the Government. You agree not to export or re-export any Content directly or indirectly, to any country not permitted by country government export restrictions.

Premier Membership Policy

The unexpected site down time is not manageable and will not be excluded from the Premier Program.

The amount you paid is not refundable.

Paid Services Policy

Justice Law Firm is not giving any guaranty to the paid services. But as you know, paid services would attract experts and motivate them to provide a better service. Please read & understand the respective service detail and refund policies in detail before proceed with the payment.

Payment Transfer to Lawyers Policy

There are cases where Justice Law Firm has to pay to lawyers for their services with us. Justice Law Firm will be transferring the pending payment to the lawyers on monthly basis subject to the minimum amount Rs.300 and the bank account given.

Note:- The pending payment will be cancelled if there is no action from the lawyer with in a year (365 days) such as no bank account given, not able to accumulate till Rs.300 in a year.
